1. Services

IBSG Limited provides professional online tutoring and consulting services. Each paid service includes 16 hours of one-to-one tutoring, delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

 

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be paid in full before sessions begin. Prices are listed on the website and may change at any time prior to purchase.

 

3. Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed times.

 

4. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be counted as delivered.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to engage respectfully and professionally. IBSG Limited reserves the right to suspend services in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior.

 

6. Disclaimer

Tutoring and consulting services are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific academic, business, or financial outcomes.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
