Free consultations are non-refundable.

2. Paid Services

Refunds are available only if no tutoring sessions have taken place.

3. Partial Use

Once any part of the 16-hour tutoring package has been delivered, the service becomes non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at IBSG Limited’s discretion.
