General Policy

All program registrations are considered final once payment has been completed.

Digital Services

As our programs are delivered in a digital format, refunds are generally not provided after access to materials or program information has been granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payment
Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
